Your PDA or computer may be looking to exchange passkeys. If you are not noticing a prompt asking you to enter a passkey, please access the Bluetooth module of your PDA or computer and add the device first before attempting a connection over an application.

An IDBLUE device is a Bluetooth slave and therefore, cannot connect to more than 1 other Bluetooth device. Please ensure that no other PDA or computer is connected to your IDBLUE device.
